Otherwise known as "The Three Bridges Chasm", it is the location of this extraordinary waterfall found in the Lebanese city of Balaa, between Laqlouq and Tannourine. Commonly referred to as The Baatara Gorge Waterfall, this stunning geological arrangement features water dropping 837ft. (255m) into an ancient cave, but not before passing behind three tiers of natural bridges overhanging a chasm which plunges into the bowels of Mount Lebanon. The waterfall is only visible during March and April, while the winter snows are melting.
